| 工作描述： |
- To make out the quality management plans, establish and complete the quality management regulations, improve and ensure the ISO and quality system goes well.
規劃公司的質量管理方案，領導建立和完善質量管理制度，建立、維護、持續改善和不斷提高質量體系，并確保其有效運行；組織實施并監督、檢查ISO質量體系的運行。
- Be responsible for the unified management controlling of the files and records of quality system.
負責質量體系文件和質量記錄的統一管理的控制；
- Be responsible for make out the internal audit plans, assisting the management in internal quality audit.
負責編制內審計劃，作為管理者代表進行內部質量審核；
- Be responsible for plans of the continuing improvement process and put forward the correction measures and the effects verification.
負責持續改進的策劃及糾正措施的提出和效果驗證；
-.Apply quality management tools to analyze quality issues, such as 8D,SPC.
能運用質量管理工具進行質量問題分析,如8D,SPC等進行分析；
- Be responsible for the EHS.
負責公司環境健康安全體系。
- Be responsible for the customer complain.
負責客戶投訴相關處理。 |

- Bachelor degree or above
大專 (以上) 學歷
- Knowledge of quality management and ISO system, and other quality tools
質量管理等相關經驗，熟悉ISO體系
- Had the training in production management, quality management
受過品質管理、產品知識等方面的培訓
- Approx. 3years experiences in quality management in the similar industry
3年左右相關行業質量部門的工作經驗
- Familiar with quality tools
熟悉品管相關手法
- Proficient use of SAP system
熟練使用SAP系統
- Relatively comprehensive/ universal personal abilities/ qualifications; ability to learn quickly
具有較高的綜合素質，能夠迅速掌握各種知識
- Good language skills, reading, writing in English and Chinese
熟練的中英文口語、閱讀和寫作能力
- Good skills in the areas of self organisation, communication; good social skills
有較強的組織、溝通及人際交往和社會活動能力
- Good team spirit, honest and reliable, friendly, and able to keep relationships
良好的團隊協作精神，為人誠實可靠、具有親和力，較強的公關能力 |
